We make a full analysis of the software to be tested, including the client's requirements, and prioritize our testing based on the risks associated with the product, providing ways of mitigating them as well.
We focus on objectively evaluating the quality of the software products we test, and provide detailed reports throughout the project to outline the level of quality at any given time.
During the test planning phase, we select a list of relevant software metrics which are then agreed upon with the project management team, to monitor progress, quality and effectiveness during and at the end of the test execution phase.
We always evaluate the possibility of test automation and, if the type of the application, as well as the time frame and budget for a project allow for it, we develop automated scripts to improve and speed up the testing process.
Though following standard software testing processes is an essential aspect of our test strategy, we believe the key to success in any software project is communication. |
