	As an ideal candidate, you should have:
	» Comprehensive experience in testing in software development projects and processes » Experience in various testing tools (e.g. open source and commercial) » Excellent interaction/communication skills

	» Experience in various operating systems and programming/scripting skills » The ability to take responsibility » Fluent communication skills in English » You are comfortable with presenting your ideas to a wider audience » Experience in managing testing projects and V, Waterfall and/or Agile- models » Experience in special testing areas e.g. security, usability, performance and test automation. » The ISEB or ISTQB Foundation Certificate in Software Testing

	As a Test manager you coordinate test activities within our customers´ software projects and you are the person responsible for delivering quality software to customers. You are in charge of reporting quality status to the customers as well. You want to perform in challenging environments and are eager to learn new things. You are often responsible for leading a test team and manage people´s performance and follow-up their achievements. You interact closely with software project management and implement the agreed changes to test plans.
	As an ideal candidate, you should have:
	» At least 4 years comprehensive experience in software testing » 2-3 years Test management experience from various projects
	Experience in:
	» Software development projects and processes » Various testing tools (e.g. open source and commercial) » Test project planning » Work load estimation and resourcing
	You have also (pluses):
	» Ability to work in changing environments and situations according to the customer case » Eagerness to take responsibility » Excellent communication skills in English » Determined and open-minded character » Customer-oriented mindset » Talent, skill and desire to lead people » The ISEB or ISTQB Foundation Certificate in Software Testing » Experience on BI projects » Experience with QC (Mercury Quality Center)
